I am back from vacation and pleased to say I was able to locate the graves of Capt. Abraham Hatfield, Gilbert Hatfield and others. The graves were removed from Grace Church in White plains to White Plains Rural cemetery. There is a large bronze marker that lists the Capt & 3 other Hatfield's than a second large bronze marker that lists all the people that were moved to WPRC. I have a photo and I will list all those removed in a day or two as soon I get caught up around here. The copy of the map I was given to locate these graves lists the land along side the WPRC as belonging to the Fowler Family, that was before the roads were built of course. The Church burial grounds were sold to a hotel, but the church still stands there on Church Street. Thanks, Carol L. Heap, FL You live as long as you are remembered
