Connecticut Ancestry Society, Inc. Meeting/Program “Beginning Your Genealogy” with William T. Stansfield at the Trumbull Public Library on Saturday, June 16, 2007 beginning at 2:00 PM Everyone Invited & Welcome Registration with Library Recommended Not just for beginners, Bill will remind us all of the basics of genealogical research and record-keeping. Preceding the program (at 12:00PM) there will be a small presentation of our May Journal to the First Selectman of Trumbull, Ray Baldwin. Our May Journal is full of Trumbull Vital Records that were overlooked by the well-known Barbour Collection of Connecticut, as we continue our mission of locating and preserving unpublished records in southwestern Connecticut. There will be a short Board Meeting in between. The Trumbull Public Library is located at 33 Quality Street, Trumbull, Connecticut. For directions, see the Library website at http://www.trumbullct-library.org/ or call (203) 452-5197. Visit us at http://www.rootsweb.com/~ctcas for more details.
