Does anyone know how to find the section of the 1900 census called "Special Inquiries Related to Indians" which is an additional page of info taken by the 1900 census takers for Native Americans (asked Indian name, tribe, etc.)? I have a Native American ancestor, Sarah Conklin, who is listed in the 1900 Census for Westchester Co., Mount Pleasant, p. 255 A, but I don't know how to find this special inquiry page for her. It's supposed to be like a special schedule at the end of the County listings but I don't know how to find it. I have Heritage Quest, not Ancestry. Can someone please help me? Thanks, Donna
Donna-I have ancestry. I looked and there are no Sarah Conklins listed for Mt. Pleasant. Gobs of them in Cortlandt. Can you provide her age and who she might be with? Robert S.
