    3. Well, I guess it's good (but not really) that I'm not the only one having trouble with Yonkers. The thing that baffles me is that Yonkers used to be fantastic to work with. I once got a reply back exactly one week after I mailed the request. Another time they gave me a refund because I accidentally overpaid. This all seemed to stop around 2002-2003 or so. Anyone have any theories why? >From: Joy McMillan <joygrl_203@yahoo.com> >Reply-To: nywestch@rootsweb.com >To: nywestch@rootsweb.com >Subject: Re: [NYWESTCH] Vital Records & drivers license >Date: Thu, 29 Mar 2007 11:27:02 -0700 (PDT) > >It would be great to get this issue settled. 3. I have no personal knowledge, but according to the Yonkers website, in mayor's biography, it says he took office in 2004. A coincidence?
