The house number The first number at the South is 409.This intersects E. 147. Melrose Ave. and Third Ave. At the North end house number is 803. The it runs a few more blocks to intersect Park Ave and E. 161st St. House 811 would be between E, 159 St, and E. 161st St. The Melrose Housing on Courtlandt Ave.is between E.153 and E. 156. The area where Courtlandt Ave. Lies is called MELROSE.The Jackson Housing runs from E. 156 to E. 159. Fernand Hirsch - butcher is listed at 804 Melrose Ave. Bronx, NY Melrose Ave. runs North and South.
