I work near the Bronx addresses you list - I could drive by one day and take a look at the builidings. I did that a few years back when my elderly aunt gave me the address where she was born in the Bronx - she described the building and it is still standing! ( but the haunted house around the corner was no longer standing) The Mount Vernon addresses are also not very far - so let me know how urgently you need this info and I will try and search for you.
