    3. Since this does relate to our interest in preserving our heritage, I think we ought to discusss what we can do about the situation, rather than keep complaining. Anyone have any ideas? Personally I think the public schools have become a lost cause, but that may be a negative viewpoint that is incorrect. I am taking a masters degree from a college that teaches like George Wythe mentored the founding fathers, such as Jefferson. When I read their undergraduate degree, I was really upset that I had not had the opportunity to go there to school or have a similar education. I would have had a real well rounded education of value. I think one little solution is reading good books in a family and as individuals.We all have things we can do ourselves to improve.
