    3. Thanks, Deb. Yes, Mary Ann is the person I dealt with before......it was a couple of years ago if memory serves me right. Dad used to mention the docotr's name too, I think it was Coburn or Colburn and this doctor would surely have reported the birth if he was a efficient as Dad always said.
