    3. Thanks so much, Jean Ann. I never thought to check with the Village, and the Town Clerk didn't tell me......probably because she didn't know either. She was certainly helpful otherwise. I assume that Dad was born at home because I remember him talking about being so small because of prematuriy that he was put in a box on the open oven door.....wood stove in those days. I'll email the Village if I can find a website.     3. Ossining has a combined office of Village and Town Clerk. The current clerk is Mary Ann Roberts.
