In their searchable online indexes, you will see Court Records where you will find your Hortons. Ambrose and James and Jared are there. You can order the court records. Click on all the indexes. You may find more! Also, on familysearch, you can search "image only" wills and probate records. Go to search, Scroll until you see the map of the US. Click on it. Scroll down. Go below the searchable indexed records (that show boxes to type in,) and you will see "IMAGE ONLY..." Scroll more until you find probate. Click. Drop down menu appears. Click New York. Counties appear. Click Westchester of whatever county you wish. The records are alphabetical by year of record for probate. For example, an 1807 death may still be in probate in 1835 so the records must be searched until you find it. Good luck!!
