Born: 1823/24 Hesse-Darmstadt, Germany William became a U.S. citizen March 18, 1858 living in Town of Eastchester, NY. Died: November 19, 1887 in W. Mount Vernon, NY. I have a copy of his will. Someone posted on Public Records in Ancestry.com that Wilhelm's Father was ECKHARD SIEBERT, Born: 1797-1864 from: JESBERG, SCHWALM-EDER-KRIES HESSEN, GERMANY I have not had an answer to my query. I would like to know where they found that information. They also stated that his son WILLIAM was an only child. Married: BARBARA TUNNIEF/FANNUFF/FONNUFF/TUNFF TUNNIEF was written on his death certificate, but I don't think it is the correct name. Married: Before 1856? Died: June 3, 1884.
