Assuming you do* not* have ancestry, you can still see the wills and estate file online through family search.org My way is very convoluted and I'm sure I make many redundant clicks, but I do get there. Familysearch.org Search Wiki North America US NY Westchester NY online records on left; scroll down to select Probate; scroll down to notes "Click here" Browse images choose Westchester again scroll down to index at the end find the correct card (use the image select to jump back and forth to find it) note and record (or just copy the image) for wills you look at the testate portion for the liber and page for estate files (usually much more interesting and informative) the upper right hand corner in the instatnce for your Ann Witherspoon will is Liver 44, page 72 estate file (probate) is 202-1861 go back to Westchester (location string, you've been there already so it's "colored") find the will by liber, and jump around again to find it find the estate file, a bit more difficulty since most pages aren't stamped. Each file has it's own folder w/ tab at top. I hope I haven't skipped any steps,(some of the details are different, but it works for other counties too)
