    3. N Redell is confusing this petition to keep the State Library open with an initive for the ballot. That comes next and is limited to registered voters. Sign the petition. Any State as well off as Massachusetts can surely afford a Library. Massachusetts is hallowed ground for a great portion of early Americans. Let them hear from all of us.
