    3. Debby, The censuses on HeritageQuest show nine Warrens in Murderkill Hundred, Kent Co., DE in 1810: Benjamin, Fall F.N.*, John, John F.N.*, Loadmon, Rheuben, Richard, Samuel Sr., and Samuel Jr. There were also 21 Warrens in Sussex County (various hundreds). * I don't know what the F.N. means but I saw it after several names, not just Fall and John Warren's. Pehaps some other lister can enlighten us???? In 1820 there were six Warrens in Murderkill: Charles, Fall, Polpy, William, Samuel Sr. and Samuel Jr., and six in Sussex County. The HeritageQuest index only lists one Samuel Warren in Kent Co. but there are two enumerated on the actual census page with no identification as to senior and junior. Bear in mind that Samuel Sr. and Samuel Jr. may or may not have been father and son; they could have been grandfather and grandson, uncle and nephew, or some other relation --- it just means that one was younger than the other. HeritageQuest doesn't have the 1830, 1840, and 1850 censuses yet so I can't help you with those. The 1860 census has a Samuel Warren, age 60, in Camden P.O., Murderkill Hundred, Kent Co., DE. (Are you sure Walter died in Camden, NJ?). Also in the household were Sarah Warren, 59; Catherine Cruthers?, 70, and James Cullen, 9. Does your library offer access to HeritageQuest? Ours doesn't so I had to get a library card from the next county over in order to access it. It was definitely worth the effort -- the images are much better than those on Ancestry plus they're free! I only wish they had all the censuses (maybe some day!). Kathy in Virginia
