In 1945-'47 I had a good friend, Nancy McKinney who lived in Juniata of Altoona, PA and who later moved to Camp Hill, PA. Her father's name was Ralph and he could have been born around 1922. Hi, Nancy! That's an interesting idea, but I have no clue whether or not it was the same man. Ralph McKinney did join the Army and he served during WW II but after that I've no clue where he went. PA is as good a possibility as any...
