Hello Listers! Anybody researching the WALKER surname in Granville? We are working to further develop and document my WALKER line. After we received yDNA test results and comparing notes with another researcher, we believe some of our WALKERs were in Granville at least briefly, having stopped there on their way from Beckett, Berkshire Co. MA to Clinton Co. NY. According to our yDNA matches we go back to Captain Samuel WALKER. We have not yet done much of any research on WALKERs in Washington Co. as we had not known of a connection previously. We have since obtained a will for Henry WALKER, Granville, whom we believe to be in our direct line. Would be very interested in sharing information we already have (known and theorized!) as well as exploring possible connections with other WALKER researchers. Thanks very much.
