I just wanted to say thanks for all the help with the chains and links info. The dates the deeds I am looking at were approx 1841, so would that make it a reference to the older 66 ft Gunter chain or newer 100 ft engineers chain? Also, what would have been the approximate/average price of one acre of farmland in the Greenwich/ Cambridge area? Thanks for the help, Mike
