My only Washington connection were HANAMAN/HANNAMANS. Henry HANAMAN born 1782;died 1862 in Saratoga County, married Hannah SLOCUM in NY - in 1810 the family is list in the in Herkimer County Census. Their children were: William - born 1816 - married Christina UNKNOWN - moved to WI before 1850 Aaron - born 1818 - Married Alinda (PIKE?) - moved to WI before 1850 Moses - born 1821 - married Clara NEWTON - only married I could find 1885 WI Mary A - born 1825 - no other in information Hannah - born 1827 - married Isaac FANCHER in 1845 Henry - born 1832 - married a Phebe L UNKNOWN and died in Moreau, Saratoga County NY Rachel - born 1834 married in Glen Falls to Warren YOUNG Henry and Hannah stayed in NY until his death in 1862. It appears from the census information that they moved from Fort Edwards to Moreau Saratoga County about 1830.
