Hi list, i belong to several mail lists and wish to ask this question. Why is it that some lists are so friendly and helpful while others completely ignore your cry for help? This list is by far the friendliest and most helpful list of which I belong. I want to thank those who answered and gave me a lesson on some of the intricacies of the Federal Census.
