    3. Northeastern New York Genealogical Society is holding its 29th Annual Conference on Saturday, May 14th, 2005 beginning at 10 am at the Bolton Town Hall, Bolton Landing, NY. Any one attending is asked to bring any genealogical question relating to Bolton that they may have. The morning program will consist of a short business meeting followed by speaker Theta Curri with "Tales of Bolton", and speaker J. Buckley Bryan, Jr. will tell how you prepare a community monument. Lunch at noon will be held at Frederic's Restaurant and Lounge, 4970 Lakeshore Drive. Choices of menu are: (1) Caesar salad with grilled chicken; (2) Broiled triple decker club with ham, swiss, lettuce, bacon on white toast, broiled with garlic butter; (3) Turkey and artichoke spread with sliced red onion and tomato on herb focaccia bread; (4) Fred special - sirloin strips, cheddar cheese & special sauce on a roll. Beverages are soda, water or coffee. Following lunch, the afternoon program will consist of a tour of Bolton Museum given by William Preston Gates, author and president of Bolton Historical Society; then at the Gatehouse Antique Shop, Ginette Maslanka will tell about the Villa Marie Antoinette, one of the Great Estates at the Huddle. Total cost is $12.00 per person which includes registration fee and lunch, including tax and tip. The conference is open to the public. Reservations are required and must be received by May 10th.
