Seeking data to prove Culver Sidney BROWN, son of William Wilbur and Addie BROWN, born abt. 1893 in VT, of Pawlet, Rutland, VT and Granville, Washington, NY, is a cousin to Willilam R. I have a photocopy of Culver BROWN WWI draft registration. In the 1920 Granville, Washington, NY, census Culver and his brother, Marcellus BROWN, are boarding with Sarah OWENS, born ca 1854 in Wales and widowed. I do not know if or how Sarah OWEN may be related to Culver BROWN. THANKS :) to Dennis for census lookups. In 1924 after the death of wife of William R. OWEN [nee Margaret HUGHES] William R. OWEN sold his home to Culver BROWN with whom he made his home for two years. On Aug. 9, 1930 William R. OWEN died and Mr. and Mrs. Culver BROWN of Granville, NY, attended the funeral.
