    2. Source, Granville, N.Y. Sentinel--Fri. Jan.23, 1914. MIDDLE GRANVILLE, N.Y. Morris W. Griffith and family of this village are entertaining a bridal couple, the bride being their granddaughter Miss Anna Roberts, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John I. Roberts of Schenectady, former residents of Granville, who was married Tuesday, January 20, to Raymond Frederick of Mechanicville. The ceremony was performed at noon at the State street Presbyterian church parsonage in her home city, the pastor, Rev. Mr. Murdock, officiating. Miss Elizabeth Roberts and Charles Nutting attended the couple. Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the bride's home, after which the couple left for a week's visit in Middle Granville. The bride is an estimable young woman and has a large circle of friends who will wish for her a happy future. They will reside in Mechanicville, where they have a house awaiting them. Mr. Frederick and bride received many handsome gifts. Previous to the marriage, several "showers" and parties were given in Schenectady in honor of the bride-elect. Until a few years ago the lady resided with her grandparents in this village and has a host of friends here.
