Hi Researchers, Looking for some kind soul to locate the obituary and transcribe it for Mrs. Jane THOMAS HUGHES, my 2nd great grant aunt [see data from her death certificate of May 16, 1916 below]. "DEATH CERTIFICATE VILLAGE OF GRANVILLE, NY Registered No. 28 Jane Hughes, female, widowed, was born 1 Feb. 1844 in Wales and died at age 72 years 3 months and 15 days. Parents were Hugh THOMAS and Ann NOT KNOWN MAIDEN NAME, both born in Wales. The above is true to the best of my knowledge Informant: Mrs. Lizzie Roberts Address: Granville, NY. Filed 18 May 1916 per C.H. Snyder, Registrar." My note: Jane THOMAS maried Hugh M. HUGHES [1840-1908] and children who lived to adutlhood were: Ann, Elizabeth [Lizzie], Hugh L., Margaret [Maggie], Katie, Elias, William H. and Henrietta THOMAS.
