Does anyone remember Minnie Martin, who lived on Harlem St., Glens Falls, until the 1950s, when she died? She moved to Glens Falls with her eight children (Sylvia (Ives), bn abt 1900, is the one I'm interested in) after her husband Charles died of whooping cough. They were living in Hartford, Washington Co., N.Y., until Charles died between 1910 and 1915. The children's names also include Albert, Herbert, Minor, Fred and Frank, the youngest, born about 1910. Unfortunately, Minnie's death was too recent to be open in the NYS Health Dept indexes, or I'd look it up there. Her granddaughter Dorothy does not know her grandmother's maiden name. That is the first thing we're trying to establish. In which cemetery in Glens FalIs is Minnie Martin buried? Will that lead us to more information? Thanks for any help to my cousin Dorothy and me.
