I am researching the name WOOD from Warren Co. and Washington Co NY. My g-Grandfather was Ernest Sylvester WOOD b: 31 July 1868 Bolton, NY (I believe they llived in Bolton Landing) He married Huldah Aura STEVES b: 23 November 1899 in Granville NY. Ernest and Huldah were married 25 June 1928 in Bolton. Ernests mother is listed as Cordelia PALMER, and I have found information on a Cordelia PALMER marrying a John R. WOOD although I dont know how accurate that is, and have nothing to prove that was Ernests parents. I was wondering if anyone has any information on the WOOD family of this area?
