In The Saugerties Telegraph for Feb 23 1855 Friday last in Saugerties, Thomas Nertney, an Irishman, drowned, elaving a wife and two children. I copied the record from the paper, which may have had more information about the drowning, but did not mention other names or genealogical material (would have copied if it had) He does not have a gravestone existing in St. Mary's Cemetery, Saugerties, NY Audrey Klinkenberg ----- Original Message ----- From: <gc-gateway@rootsweb.com> To: <NYULSTER-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, January 14, 2008 7:12 PM Subject: [NY-ULSTER] Drowning deaths @ 1856 > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Author: SWMoore01 > Surnames: Nertney > Classification: queries > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.newyork.counties.ulster/3739/mb.ashx > > Message Board Post: > > I am in need of Ulster County historical information and help.
