Hello all! A few months ago I wrote to the Ulster County Genealogical Society and they have nothing on my family line. I have some information that I have gathered through civil war records (military and pension), certificates, census, etc. I would like to put this all in some type of correct form and give it to the Ulster County Genealogical Society. I though tit migh tbe helpful for other researchers some day. What is the correct way to do this? I have never given a professional our history..just other family members and they don't care what the format is. Should I send in photocopies of the civil war pension and military papers? The military paper gives a physical description. Do I need to hav eit bound once I get it all correctly together? Thank you.
