Gary, There was and still is an area in the Town of Olive in Ulster County, called Browns Station. The entire area by this name was purchased by New York City to build the Ashokan Resevoir. Part of the area is now under water and part of the area is occupied by NYC headworks buildings. I have a list of the property owners....if you give me your uncle's parent's names I'd be glad to look them up. The Town Clerk's office is about five miles from my home. I could check their vital records index for you. Regards, Ginny Byron vbyron@ulster.net ----- Original Message ----- From: GARY L.
