Does anyone have the Orange Co. history book - the big one on pg. 215 there is a statement to the effect of re Low and Cos Patent: 1734 600 acres Low to John Vance of Neward to James Thomposn 200 acres, "lately of Drumeel, in the county of Langford Ireland, but now a resident of Little Britain in Co. of Ulster, NY" by deed dated May 22, 1738 then pg 216 says somthing to the effect of Charles Clinton Journal to America 1729, 5 children of James Thompson died, no other Thompson mentioned ??? Does anyone know anything about this James Thompson??? Phoebe in CA
