Does anyone have an index to the 1870 Ulster Co census. Richard RHODES is in 1850 & 1860 Marlbourgh,Ulster,NY. I have access to the films for the 1870 Ulster Co census...and went thru Marlbough listings line by line but didn't find him. Can someone help? Thanks Gayle in Kansas City
