Found in "Early Orange County Wills", V1 1731-1788, V II June 27, 1787 to Dec 31, 1830 (Thank you, Jeannie of MI, and also to the Orange County Genealogical Society!): "MOSES OVERTON of town of Minisink Liber H page 458 Will made Jan. 6, 1821 Probated Sept. 13, 1828 Daughters - Abigail, Hannah; Son - John Grandchildren - Susannah & Phebe Cavanaugh; Jeremiah Executors - Eliza Wells, John Hallock, Jr. Witnesses - Daniel Wickham, Barnabas Wickham, Francis Peppard" ANY info about people with these surnames most welcome: OVERTON, CAVANAUGH, HALLOCK I am especially interested in locating the CAVANAUGH linkage, as well as finding out additional info about the OVERTONs. Also may have the name CAMPBELL somewhere in there, but am beginning to wonder if this wasn't a major transcription error in the ol' family Bible. Will exchange. Please help! Thanks. Beth
