Josiah Rhodes is listed in the 1810 Census for Ulster County. "History of Ancient Wethersfield, Connecticut" also mentions a Josiah Rhodes. These may be the same person and possibly the father of my ancestor Ashbel Rhodes who was born 24 May 1811 in Rochester. Ashbel (Wright?) Rhodes had connections with both Rochester and Wethersfield, and with the Wright Family in the latter. I'll appreciate any help. Thanks, Kenyon
