A BRACE OF PICKPOCKETS Two rather fierce-looking fellows, named Michael KENNEDY and John LOGAN, were charged by William McMUNIGH with having robbed him of $23.50 on Monday evening last. The complainant testified that he resides at No. 228 East Fifty-second street, and that he met the prisoners in One Hundred and Ninth street, betweeen Second and Third Avenues. When in their company about twenty minutes they asked him to walk toward the river. He accompanied them, and there they robbed him of the $23.50, one of them holding his arms while the other rifled his pockets of the money. They were found guilty and sent to the Penitentiary for six months each. MISCELLANEOUS August BACH pleaded guilty to a charge of stealing a blue beaver overcoat from Louis LEMAN, no. 455 Broadway. Officer RODGER was informed by the prisoner that her would find the coat at a certain place, where it was found. He was sent to the Peniteniary for four months, saving two months' confinement by his confession. Catharine WILSON was charged with the theft of cloak from in front of the store No. 51 Catharine-street, on the 16th inst. She denied any attempt to steal and declared she was only practicing for a German masquerade party. She was nevertheless sent to the Penitentiary for four months.
