Lockwood The address on the Ulster GenWeb page is not wrong. The Ulster County Genealogical Society does not charge for research (however - donations are gratefullty accepted) All queries are referred to a research committee, and questions answered as they are able. All this I learned from the last president, who then asked me "But don't you have researcher's addresses listed on the same page?" I hope this helps you some. Good Luck in your research.
