Hi Listers, Can anyone tell me where I can write for a 1899 marriage record, which took place in Circleville, Orange county, NY? I tried "Town Clerk's Office" - the letter was returned marked "attempted - not known" and "insufficient address". Since I could not find an address on the county web page and my atlas gave the population as 1,200, I assumed the postal would know where to deliver it. I was wrong! Thank you for your help.
