Tilton Hill (next to John Hill [but which John Hill?]) 60 acres, barn 36 x 26, adjoining Samuel Gardner; valued at $300. The 8 Apr. 1803 Assessment Roll for Orange Co. lists Tilton E. Hill as having real estate valued at $400 and personal property valued at $80 for a total of $480. Gabriel Hill, John Tuthill, son-in-law and Henry Beakes, friend, were Executors of Tilton Eastman Hill's will.
