Searching for information on Abigail Ayers/Ayres/Airs, b. 1783, daughter of Thomas Airs and Abigail Adams. The family lived in New Paltz and attended the Marlborough meeting. There are numerous entries for other children of Thomas and Abigail, but none for Abigail Ayers. There is an entry about Abigail Burgess being removed for marrying out, and I believe this is Abigail Ayers who married David Burgess about 1807. Her brother may have been Abel A.
