    3. Bill....there's an area called Deer Park in eastern part of Shandaken Township near Woodstock Township border. Deer Park is/was in an area the locals used to call DeVall Hollow. Re map of Hardenbergh Patent....that's Woodstock Township, part of Great Lot No. 8 & 9. I have a copy of the map republished by the Ulster County Genealogical Society in 1975. The original book was called "County Atlas of Ulster, New York"...From Recent and Actual Surveys and Records Under the Superintendence of F. W. Beers, published by Walker & Jewett, 36 Vesey Street, New York 1875.
