Hi> Looking for any info on Wilbur LOCKWOOD (1840-1913) and wife Elizabeth RULES. They lived mostly in Ulster County NY. (Shandaken area most likely) Elizabeth was born 1848, I have no death date for her. Wilbur is buried in Hudler cemetery but I haven't found Elizabeth there. He served in the civil war 20th regiment Co. D (for NY). They had 3 children that we know of: Martha A. born circa 1868 who probably married Walter VAN KUREN. James W. born 1869 married Nellie M. GRANT in Margaretville, Delaware County, NY. And Mary born circa 1878. Wilbur was a stone cutter (worked in quarries). Anybody know of this family? Esp. interested in Detah date for Elizabeth, and info on Martha and Mary. Thanks! Michele R.
