    3. Shelley, Lisa, Elsie & Cynthia, All the dates I will show below have been taken from Hurley (records which I do not have), so they have not been independently verified by this researcher. Therefore, I don't know what happened to the daughter, Mary C. DeWitt, b Jan 1887. Assuming we have identified this family group correctly, it would be daughter Mary C. DeWitt who wrote "My father" on the back of that photograph. Ten Eyck DeWitt is buried in the Hurley Cemetery (old portion), as published in Poucher's Old Gravestones of Ulster County (1930): 4. De Witt, Abraham Gasbeck, 1835-1918. 5. De Witt, Sarah Lounsbury, w. of Abraham 0., 1837-1918. 6. De Witt, Ann Crispell, w. of Ten Eyck, April 7,1796, Aug. 31, 1860. 7. De Witt, Catharine Ten Eyck, w. of Garret, Oct. 27, 1765, April 3,1840. 53. De Witt, Caty Newkirk, w. of Ten Eyck, Nov. 24, 1793, Mar. 12, 1822. 57. De Witt, Garret, Aug. 8,1762, Feb. 5,1846. I suggest you contact the Ulster County Genealogical Society at Ulster County Genealogical Society PO Box 536 Hurley, New York 12443 to see if they can provide any further information on this family group.
