I had the information about Magdalene, the daughter of Paulus Freer and Mary Wiest, but was told this gal died at Plutarch, NY, Nov. 11, 1895 and that the death record is listed with the new Paltz Town clerk's office. I have not been able to prove or disprove it. If I could disprove it, I would be pretty positive that my Magdalene was their daughter. I have never actually done any research in New Paltz but hope to and will certainly follow your suggestions. Thanks again and happy hunting.
