Lisa, if you happen to have the book of listings for this old cemetery, could you look & see if there are any Houghtalings or Eighmeys listed? Thank you very much. For those in Orange County, you get there by heading west on Route 52 from Pine Bush. The last time I was there, I wasn't really looking at that cemetery, I was there for the Walker Family Plot which is fenced in and is sandwiched between the Walker Valley Cemetery and the street. It's not large, and, because it is set back from the road, it could almost be missed if you aren't looking for it. If I recall correctly, it is roughly across the street or kitty corner from a white church. I have no idea who is responsible for it. There is a listing of Walker Valley Cemetery in "Old Gravestones of Ulster County" by Poucher & Terwilliger (1931). There are only two Pecks buried there at the time of this printing: 1. Peck, Prosper, Co. A, 168 NY Inf. April 22 , 1884 87 yrs 2. Peck, Rebecca, w. of Prosper, Aug 27 1862, 62 yrs Hope that helps you out. Lisa Stitt Joy Bold
