Finch. The circulating library at New England Historical Genealogical Society has it available for loan to members. I'm not sure it would be available for sale anywhere; but it was published by Tennesee Valley Publishing, Knoxville, TN, I think in 1994. I cannot remember if it names Elizabeth's parents though and I apologize that I did not record that info. If you have interest in this line of Haynes; this book is a must see.
