This is one of the many responses I received that may solve the following problem: "If anyone is using the Ulster County Records index site at http://archives.co.ulster.ny.us/indexes.htm please let me know if you have access to the word wheel search option especially if you use AOL. Their technical team says it is there. I used to see it on the search page but no longer do. " Solution: I have AOL and the word wheel comes up. You may have to install JAVA from the JAVA.COM website. Also, try allowing popups from that site.
