(http://www.itd.nps.gov/cwss/) None of these men seem to be from a Regiment from Ulster County. I found Owen Duffy in the 1880 and 1900 census in Kingston with his large family, but he was not in the 1890 census of Civil War veterans. You can dig a little further, of course.
