In 1880 census I found this ; Durham, Greene County, NY LEIPOLD, John , 29, clerk in store and Hunter, Greene County, NY LOOMIS Addison 50 Blacksmith Martha 42 Leonora 21 Harriet 15 Addison 12 Alvin J. 77, father If these are who your looking for , then it's possable they married in Greene County before moving to Ulster .
