Hi Barbara, I will check that book out and see if it is still available. My DAR patriot ancestor was Joseph Sherwood. He married Sarah Bradley. His son, Joseph married Sophia Terwilliger, daughter of Hugo Terwilliger, Jr. Joseph, Jr's son, John, married into another Terwiiliger family. His wife was Sarah Jane Terwilliger. There are a lot of Terwilliger's in the New Paltz area. I am also researching the Eckert/Decker line that branched off the Terwilligers. Thanks for your help. I appreciate it.
