In addition to the History of New Paltz, I have gotten information on this family from "The Freer Family: Descendants of Hugo Freer, Patentee of New Paltz." I have no death date for Hugo, Jr. I also have only 10 children, which I think I obtained recently from the Freer book. I have not used any of the internet sources.
