Frederick Yeck died bet 1865 and 1880 in Saugerties. His wife Julia Everly (Eberle) Yeck, b 1829 in Baden, Germany possibly survived him. Can anyone shed any light on when she died and where she they may have been buried? Jack Lamphier jjl1329@yahoo.com --------------------------------- Building a website is a piece of cake. Yahoo! Jack, Are you by any chance related to Clarence Lamphere/Lamphier (1859-1943) of Kingston? I am finding Frederick Yeck listed in the 1870 Federal Census of Saugerties at # /299. Frederick Yeck, 45, b. Wurtenberg Julia 41, b. Baden William, 21 Catharine 16 Godfrey, J., 11 Harmon, 9 Julia 5 Ann, 2 and living next door is Barbet Everly, 5, b. Baden. and in the 1880 Federal Census of Saugerties, District One, page 39 # 339-421 Julia Yake, 52, widow, keep house Wm., 30, son, wks paper mill, single Godfrey, 21, son, segar maker, single Herman, 19, son, segar maker, single Julia, 16, daughter, wks paper mill Annie, 11, daughter Georgie, 9, son and living with them is James Burnett, 28, a boarder, single fisherman. So that is two pieces of info at least, one that Mr. F. Yeck died between 1870 and 1880 and secondly that Julia did outlive him. There might be more, but I have to look. Jack, I do have something more. The Saugerties Evening Post, Mar 1, 1879 Death of G. Frederick Yake, on Feb 28, age about 54, survived by wife, 7 children. George Yake may have married Charlotta Kime. Catherine Yake may have married John A. Wolven. (both buried Mt. View Cem., Saugerties, NY) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jack Lamphier" <jjl1329@yahoo.com> To: <NYULSTER@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, July 05, 2007 9:18 AM Subject: [NY-ULSTER] YECK, EVERLY, EBERLE > Frederick Yeck died bet 1865 and 1880 in Saugerties.
