    3. Grit, For what it's worth, there is an Intelius listing for a Rhoda Coddington in Catskill, NY, but no phone number or street address. There are also listed relatives: Rhonda Coddington and Richard Coddington. I couldn't find anything for Jeane Glass. Hope this helps. 2. Grit
    3. Thanks to everyone who assisted me with this. Unfortunately, my search found that Rhoda had passed away last year in Georgia & I am waiting for someone to call me back with contact information for Jean in Kingston. Sadly, my uncle also passed away last night. So, the call will be to let her know that her brother has died. Thanks again to everyone! I really appreciate the assistance. Grit

    1. [NY-ULSTER] Obits , Marriages etc.
    2. "> In the publication "Obituaries, Death Notices and Genealogical Gleanings > from The Saugerties Telegraph" Volume 2," I was able to order Vol. 1-2-3 on a cd but was disapointed that it started in 1848, it will come in handy in the future I am sure but does not help me at this time because Joseph Dickinson was dead by 1845. Does anyone know if any books that cover obits, marriages etc before 1845?? Thanks, Carol L. Heap

    3. In The Saugerties Telegraph for Feb 23 1855 Friday last in Saugerties, Thomas Nertney, an Irishman, drowned, elaving a wife and two children. I copied the record from the paper, which may have had more information about the drowning, but did not mention other names or genealogical material (would have copied if it had) He does not have a gravestone existing in St. Mary's Cemetery, Saugerties, NY Audrey Klinkenberg ----- Original Message ----- From: <gc-gateway@rootsweb.com> To: <NYULSTER-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, January 14, 2008 7:12 PM Subject: [NY-ULSTER] Drowning deaths @ 1856 > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Author: SWMoore01 > Surnames: Nertney > Classification: queries > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.newyork.counties.ulster/3739/mb.ashx > > Message Board Post: > > I am in need of Ulster County historical information and help.
